I have recently been introduced to the Weston Price diet, as it was presented to me. I am still learning about it, but from what I have gathered thus far, he said that raw, real foods are best! Foods that many of us were warned to stay away from in the 80's (ish) are foods that are extremely important for a healthy, vibrant life. With this diet, you can help fight degeneration. For example, you can eat fake eggs and save on some supposed bad fat and cholesteral, but in reality, you need those nutrients for brain health, etc. A good, fresh, organic egg has a balance of good cholesterol and omegas that you can simply not live without! Check out the website and see how changing your diet, very simply can make for a better quality of life!

Simple ways to change:
Eat whole raw foods. Do not buy foods from a box or with preservatives. Processed foods are not good for your body!
Eat lots of frut and veggies.
Eat good beef! (good meaning grass fed, without growth hormones or antibiotics, organic is preferable)
Raw milk is a must! pastuerized milk has more harmful bacteria, becuase the raw milk has naturally occuring good bacteria to aide in good digestive health.
Fresh eggs are pertinent as their nutrients are fresher and have higher amounts of lecithin. Find a local person who raises chickens nearby!
I will post more as I think about it...that is a good start...
